The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Descriptions of work, service areas, and timelines are indicative and do not form a contract.

Requests submitted through this site are enquiries only. Work is scheduled once we have spoken with you and agreed on scope and pricing.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on conditions that can be observed without opening walls, floors, or the ground. If hidden conditions are found, we will discuss the change with you before continuing.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to make us aware of any known hazards, shut-off locations, or property conditions that affect the work.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Materials for larger projects may require a deposit.

We stand behind our workmanship as described on our warranty page. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage caused by conditions outside the scope of the work performed, or failures caused by misuse, alteration, or lack of maintenance after the work is complete.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
