Ryan O'Connell is the owner, sales lead, and service technician behind The Plumber RVA. With 27 years of plumbing experience, he brings seasoned judgment to every call and stays personally involved from the first conversation through the completed work.
Ryan's experience covers residential repairs and drain work, fixture upgrades, sewer and main water line replacement, whole-house PEX repiping, tank and tankless water heaters, water filtration, well pumps, backflow prevention, gas piping, remodeling, and new-construction rough-ins. That broad background helps him diagnose the real cause of a problem and recommend a practical solution for the property—not a one-size-fits-all fix.
He founded The Plumber RVA around a straightforward standard: do the job right the first time. That means communicating clearly, respecting the customer's home, maintaining a clean work area, charging fairly, and standing behind the workmanship.
